We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging. All data sharing requires explicit OTP-based consent.

Health records are retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
